Top up via Walt: ways to top up third-party services

How can you top up a third-party wallet through Walt? Here are four ways: buy GRAM through P2P Express or with a bank card, transfer funds from your Walt balance, or send cryptocurrency from third-party wallets on other networks.

How top-ups through Walt work

We offer several ways to top up your balance in third-party services. If your service supports top-ups through Walt, you can:

  • Buy GRAM through P2P Express or with a bank card and send it to your service wallet.
  • Transfer GRAM from your Walt account to your service wallet.
  • Send popular cryptocurrencies (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, and SOL) from a third-party wallet or exchange on other networks. The cryptocurrency will be credited as GRAM to your service wallet.

Available top-up methods may vary depending on the service and your account.

If you have any questions about topping up, contact our support team — we’ll help you sort it out.

The button names in your service may differ from those below. Look for sections with similar names.

Sending tokens on other networks

If you have cryptocurrency in a third-party wallet or on an exchange on another network, you can send it to your service wallet.

What cryptocurrency can I send

Supported tokens and networks

Token

Networks

USDT TRON (TRC-20), TON, Ethereum, BSC, Solana, Arbitrum, Polygon
USDC Ethereum, Solana, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon
BTC Bitcoin
ETH Ethereum
SOL Solana

The tokens will be credited to your balance as GRAM.

How to send cryptocurrency from other networks

  1. Open your service wallet and tap Add Funds.
  2. You’ll be redirected to the Walt app. If you don’t have a Walt account yet, one will be created automatically.
  3. Tap Cryptocurrency.
  4. Select USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, or SOL and the required network.
  5. Check the exchange rate for converting your token to GRAM. A 0.9% fee is charged for the conversion and is already included in the exchange rate.
  6. If the rate works for you, copy the address and paste it into the withdrawal field on the other platform.

The cryptocurrency will be credited to your balance as GRAM after the transaction is confirmed on the network and passes the security check.

Are there any top-up limits

Yes. The minimum and maximum amounts depend on the token and network and are shown on the deposit page. Transfers below the minimum amount are not credited and may result in a loss of funds.

Does the deposit address change

A new address is usually generated for each deposit, but sometimes the same address may be used. Always send funds only to the address shown on the current deposit page. Do not use saved addresses from previous deposits — they may no longer be valid, and your funds may be lost.

Are deposits from other networks subject to security checks

Yes. Deposits from other networks are processed through the third-party provider MoonPay, which checks:

  • the funds involved in the transaction;
  • the addresses associated with the transaction.

The transaction may:

  • Pass the check — the funds will be credited to your wallet.
  • Fail the check — for example, if the funds are associated with sanctioned or otherwise restricted services. These may include Garantex, Grinex, Bitpapa, Suex, Chatex, Cryptex, PM2BTC, HTX (formerly Huobi), Rapira, ABCEX, Exnode (Exnode Pay), USDKG, EXMO, arXiv, Aifory Pro, Nobitex, Wallex, Bitpin, Ramzinex, Cryptomus, Heleket, TokenSpot and Tsunami Payments.

If the check fails, the funds may be:

  • Returned — contact our support team and provide a return address.
  • Frozen — in some cases, MoonPay may freeze the funds. Contact support to check the transaction status.

How long does it take for a deposit to be credited

The time depends on the token, network, and transaction check. A deposit is usually credited within 5–10 minutes, but in some cases it may take longer.

What should I do if I didn’t receive my tokens

A deposit is usually credited within 5–10 minutes. If you don’t receive your tokens, make sure that you:

  • used the current address for this deposit;
  • selected the correct token and network;
  • sent an amount that meets the minimum requirement.

If you still don’t receive your cryptocurrency, contact our support team and provide the transaction hash (TxID).

To find the transaction hash:

  1. Open a blockchain explorer for the required network. For example, Etherscan for Ethereum or Solscan for Solana.
  2. Enter the sender’s address.
  3. Find the transaction by the amount and time it was sent.
  4. Find the Hash field in the explorer — this is the transaction hash.
