There is no fee for deposits.

Each token has a minimum deposit limit — if you deposit less, the assets will not be credited to your balance.

Starting from 04/05/23 we have been applying a flexible BTC withdrawal fee, which you can see prior to making a transfer. This is due to the high load on the Bitcoin blockchain. We are constantly monitoring the situation in the blockchain and adjusting the fee for you so that transactions are confirmed faster.

If you see that the fee is higher than 0.00008 BTC, you can wait until the situation is stabilized and we get back to the previous fee amount.

Fees do not change depending on the amount of withdrawal.

Fee

The fee for buying and selling assets (including Stocks and ETFs) is the same for USDT and GRAM (prev. TON) and depends on your tier. You can check your fee rate in Settings → Tiers. The exact fee amount will be shown before you confirm the transaction.

Exchange Rate

The exchange rate is calculated based on data from multiple exchanges and is updated in real time. You will see the exact rate before confirming the transaction.

Note: due to market fluctuations, the exchange rate may change. To lock in the current rate, confirm the transaction immediately after the rate is displayed.

Purchase fees and limits

Purchases of cryptocurrency with fiat are processed through third-party providers — Mercuryo and Alchemy Pay. They have their own terms, fees, and limits.

The key fee and limit details are provided below for reference. Before you confirm the transaction, you'll see the final amount of tokens you'll receive.

Fees

Buying USDT

If you buy USDT through Mercuryo, you can buy it with no fee. The maximum fee-free purchase amount depends on your tier:

Note: fee-free USDT purchases are not available in the following countries: Kyrgyzstan, Colombia, Ecuador, Nepal, Morocco, China, Tajikistan, and Mongolia.

If you buy USDT through Alchemy Pay, the provider charges a fee according to its terms.

Other tokens

The provider charges a fee for purchasing other tokens. Your provider or bank may also charge a currency conversion fee.

You can also buy tokens with no purchase fee on the P2P Market, where Walt users post ads to buy and sell cryptocurrency.

Purchase limits

Each token has a minimum and maximum purchase amount. If the amount is outside the limit, you'll see a notification. Change the amount to continue.

If you want to buy tokens for more than the maximum limit, split the purchase into several transactions.

Note: when you buy USDT with a bank card, the purchase may be processed through USDC on the Solana network. USDC is automatically converted to USDT and credited to your Walt balance. The conversion rate is usually 1:1. If the rate deviation exceeds the allowed threshold, the current market rate is applied. Fees and limits remain unchanged.

Sale fees and limits

Selling cryptocurrency outside the P2P Market is provided by third-party payment partners with a 3.5% fee. When confirming a transaction, you will immediately see the fees charged by the payment provider.

In addition, your bank may apply a foreign exchange fee.

To sell tokens without any service fees, consider using the P2P Market, where other Walt users offer to buy and sell cryptocurrency.

You can find information about the payment provider’s selling limits here.

Note: selling cryptocurrency through a third-party payment provider is not available for users in some countries. In this case, you won't see the Bank Card option when withdrawing your assets. Instead, you can consider selling your cryptocurrency on the P2P Market in the Walt.
