Loyalty Program: Walt Rewards — Season 3

Everything you need to know about the Walt Loyalty Program: how to participate, earn points, exchange them for boxes, and win prizes.

How the Walt Loyalty program works

The Loyalty Program mechanics are simple: use the Walt app and earn points, exchange them for prizes, and compete with other users on the leaderboard.

Loyalty Program features may vary by region: some regions have access to all features, while others may have access to only selected ones, such as points and boxes.

About points, boxes and tasks

How to start participating

No special steps are required: swap assets, trade perpetuals or invite friends — points are automatically earned for your actions and the actions of the friends you invite.

The current list of tasks and their conditions is available in the Rewards section. Announcements about some tasks are also published in the Telegram channel Walt Rewards.

Note:

  • Tasks require Extended or Advanced verification level.
  • Some tasks may be time-limited — the deadline is specified in the task description.
  • Certain tasks may offer bonus points for a limited time — this is reflected in their description.

How are points credited

You will see in advance how many points you will earn for a task. Once completed, they are credited to your balance in the program section. You can check the task status and your full points history in Rewards → History.

Note: points are credited as whole numbers. Any fractional part is not taken into account. For example, if you earn 50.5 points, you will receive 50 points.

How to spend points

You can exchange points for boxes containing prizes. Depending on the box, you will receive a random or fixed prize in the form of:

  • a crypto asset
  • points
  • a Mira AI subscription
  • Telegram Stars

Once you open a box, the prize will be credited to your account.

You can purchase the same box multiple times.

  • A box may contain fewer points than its purchase price. These points don’t count toward your leaderboard total.
  • If the box contains Telegram Stars, enter the recipient’s username. We also recommend checking whether paid messages are enabled for you or the recipient in Telegram. If the message fee is higher than the number of Stars in the box, the Stars may not be sent.

The number of boxes is limited, and some are available only for a certain period. If a box is unavailable, you can choose another one.

What happens to points after the season ends

Points do not expire and remain on your balance. You can continue exchanging them for boxes at any time.

We plan to add new ways to spend points in the future. Stay tuned for updates on the program page in the Walt app.

What to do if you can’t purchase a box

First, check your points balance. If you have enough points but still can’t purchase a box, it may be sold out or no longer available as part of the program. In this case, choose another one.

Note: some boxes require Extended level verification to purchase.

About the leaderboard and prizes

How does the leaderboard work

Compete with other participants and win prizes.

Season 3 conditions: September 16 — October 15, 2026, 23:59 UTC

  • Your ranking depends on the total number of points earned by 23:59 UTC on October 15, 2026.
  • You need to earn at least 1,000 points to participate.
  • The prize amount depends on your final ranking.

What are the prizes in Season 3

Every participant in the top 500 by the number of points earned is guaranteed to receive a prize.

Participants outside the top 500 who have earned at least 1,000 points are entered into a random prize raffle.

Note: your Telegram name is displayed on the leaderboard. It must not contain offensive language, other people’s names or brands, personal data, promotional content, or misleading information.

Does opening boxes affect my position in the leaderboard

No. The leaderboard takes into account the total number of points earned during the season — regardless of whether you spend them or not. Opening boxes does not affect your position in the leaderboard.

What are my chances of winning a prize if I’m not in the top rankings

Everyone has a chance. The top 500 receive fixed prizes. Among the remaining participants who have earned at least 1,000 points, we will additionally raffle 500 prizes worth $100. The more points you have, the higher your chances of winning the raffle.

You can also always exchange your points for prize boxes — this option is available to every participant in the program.

When are prizes credited

We will credit Season 3 prizes in several stages:

  1. Main distribution — by October 25, 2026. We will credit prizes to participants who meet the Loyalty Program Terms.
  2. Verification period — by November 1, 2026. In some cases, before crediting your prize, we need to verify that you meet the Loyalty Program Terms. For example, we may ask you to complete verification or provide some additional information about your funds. If you receive such a request in your chat with @walt, please provide the requested information by November 1, 2026. Otherwise, we will not be able to credit your prize.
  3. Final distribution — by November 8, 2026. If you provide the requested information on time, we will credit your prize no later than November 8, 2026.

Prizes will be credited to your Walt balance in crypto assets. You can view your prize history in Transaction History.

How will I know if I’ve won

If you finish in the top 500 or win a prize in the additional raffle, you will receive a notification in your chat with @walt.

Note: after Season 3 ends, you may receive a notification requesting additional information. Please provide the requested information by the specified deadline so that we can credit your prize.

How will I receive my prize

Prizes are credited as:

  • ADI or LIT crypto assets;
  • tokenized stocks or fractions of them.

They will be credited to your Walt account within the timeframes specified here.

The prize amount is fixed in USD and converted into a crypto asset at the CoinMarketCap market rate at the time of crediting.

After the prize is credited, you can keep the asset in your balance, exchange it for another token, or withdraw it, just like any other asset in Walt.

What to do if I haven’t received my prize

If you received a notification from @walt that you finished in the top 500 or won a prize in the additional raffle, but your prize hasn’t been credited within the timeframes specified here, contact our support team. We’ll help you sort it out.

Are there any participation restrictions

Yes, the program and prizes are available to residents of a limited number of countries, as well as users who meet the Program Terms and User Agreement.

Some tasks and prizes may be available only to users from specific countries. Also, check whether Walt is available in your region.
